How to Track your Collections reports in POS?
Autozilla POS offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the viewing of Collections Reports. This feature enables businesses to conveniently monitor sales revenue, track customer payments, and generate reports based on specific time periods. With this functionality, businesses can effectively analyze their collection data, gain insights into financial performance, and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
- Click On the icon at the Bottom Panel; by default sales summary Dashboard will be displayed. Now, if we select the Collections option, we can see some more sub-reports on the Reports page.
Let’s see each of the Reports one by one.
Collections Summary - Here, we can see the customer invoice, outstanding amount, and the salesperson’s Name.
- If we click on the Collections Summary option, we will be directed to the following page.
- We can also see the report by selecting the Sale person’s name from the Drop-down list.
- And also, see the report by selecting the Customer name from the Drop-down.
- We can also see the report by selecting the City from the drop-down.
- We can download the report in an excel format.
Sale Persons Customer Summary - This report displays information on salespersons, invoice amounts, and due amounts, enabling businesses to monitor sales performance and outstanding payments efficiently
- If we click on the Salesperson Customer Summary, we will be directed to the following page.
- Here, we can also see the Report by selecting the Sale person’s name from the Drop down list.
- We can also see the report by selecting the Customer name from the Drop down list.
- Also, we can download the Report in an excel format.
Invoice Aging by Balance - The "Invoice Aging by Balance" report offers insights into the status of invoices based on their outstanding balances, assisting businesses in effectively managing overdue payments.
- If we click the Invoice Aging by Balance option, we will be directed to the following page.
- We can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
- We can also see the Report by selecting the Customer name associated with the Vendor.
- Also, we can download the Report in an Excel format.
Collection By Receipt - Here, we can see the report by Receipt Type and Receipt amount.
- If we click on the Collection by Receipt option, we will be directed to the below page.
- We can also see this report by selecting the Sale person name from the Drop-down list.
- Also, we can see this report by selecting the Customers name from the drop-down.
- We can download this report in an Excel format.
Collections By Sale Person - We can see the report across the Salespersons.
- If we click on the Collection By Sale Person option, we will be directed to the following page.
- Here, we can see the Report by selecting the Sale person’s name from the Drop-down list.
- We can also see this report by selecting the status from the Down-down list.
- Also, we can download the Report in an Excel format.
PDC Report - The Salesperson PDC Report provides a summary of transactions involving post-dated cheques (PDCs). The accountant utilizes the cheque date to adjust the transaction amount and includes essential information such as the Reference Number, Transaction ID, Receipt amount, apply date, and clearance date. Based on these details, the accountant updates the status of each transaction as either "Pending" or "Approved." This report serves as a concise overview of PDC transactions and assists in efficiently managing and tracking their status within the system.
- Clicking on the PDC Report option will redirect us to a subsequent page with relevant information and details.
- We can see this Report by selecting the salesperson’s name from the Drop down list.
- We can also see the report by selecting the status from the Down list
Customer Credit - This report briefs Customer wise Credit days VS Credited Amount and Unused Credit amount.
- If we click on the Customer credit option, we will be directed to the following page.
- We can see this Report by selecting the Customer name from the drop-down,
- Also, we can download the Report in an Excel format.
Customer Ledger - This report provides a comprehensive view of customer ledgers, showing both credit and debit transactions for effective financial tracking.
- We can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
- Also, we can see this report by selecting the Customer name from the Drop-down list.
Pending receipts - The Customer-wise Pending Receipts report summarizes key details such as customer name, invoice number, paid amount, pending amount, invoice aging, and salesperson information. This report assists businesses in efficiently managing customer receipts and tracking outstanding payments.
- If we click on the Pending Receipts option, we will be directed to the following page.
- We can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
- We can also see this report by selecting the Customer name from the Drop-down list.

Received Payments - The Customer's Received Payment report summarizes important details, including the customer's name, transaction number, paid amount, payment mode, voucher number, and creation date. This report helps businesses track and manage customer payments efficiently.

Receipt Applications - The Customer-wise Receipt Voucher report summarizes important details, including customer name, invoice number, invoice amount, adjusted amount, adjusted date, transaction number, voucher amount, voucher number, and voucher date. This report assists businesses in efficiently tracking and managing customer receipts and related voucher information.
