How To Correct Inaccurate Customer Information?

How To Edit The incorrect Customer Information? If you've inputted inaccurate customer information and need to make amendments, this is the perfect guide for you.

This resource provides assistance in modifying customer information, assigning salespersons to specific customers, updating credit amounts and credit terms, revising targets, and accessing portal controls.
Sequence:  Settings > Relationships > Edit the information > Click “update” > Completed.
Step 1: In Autozilla POS, click the icon.



Step 2: To proceed, click on the "Relationships" option or utilize the "Search by Party Name" feature positioned above the table on the right side of the screen. Upon selecting the customer, a pop-up window will emerge.



Step 3: To update/edit any details we need, click on the Update option.


  1. Congratulations! We have effectively rectified the erroneous information and updated any missing details. Well done!

  1. We can assign a salesperson to the Customer.
  2. We can set up the sale and purchase credit limits for a customer.
  3. We can update and assign the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets to the salesperson.
