How To Take Inward By Using Invoice Number In Autozilla POS? 

The Inwards by Invoice number module in Autozilla POS is a comprehensive tool for businesses to efficiently manage their incoming inventory. With features like purchase order creation, inventory tracking, receipt management, and supplier information management, it streamlines the entire process effectively.

1. Click on  the option on the bottom panel, after which we will be directed to the following page.
   

We must be noticing a few sections here as follows:                   

1. Direct inward.

2. Inward by PO No.

3. Inward By Part No.

4. Inward by invoice
   

            

Inward By Invoice No 

Step 1: If we click on the Inward By Invoice Number option, we will be directed to the following page.

Step 2: Now, we should select the invoice number from the select invoice drop-down list.

Step 3: After selecting the invoice number, The vendor name and part details will display automatically.

1. Then, we have to select the location.
   
2. After that, we have to give the Rack number.
   
3. And the part details check box will be selected by default.
   
4. Now, we can see  options besides the Inward option. 
   

Let’s check what those are.

1. Inventory - When the inventory checkbox is selected, the inventory items will be visible in the POS search. Conversely, if the checkbox is not specified, the inventory list will not be displayed in the POS system. This feature allows for flexible control over which items are included in the search results, enhancing customization and efficiency in the POS experience.
   
2. Price Engine - Enabling the price engine checkbox will result in the part price being displayed on the POS system. On the other hand, if the checkbox is not activated, the part price will not be visible in the POS interface. This feature allows for customization and control over whether or not the part prices are shown, providing flexibility based on business preferences and requirements.
   

Step 4: After completing the processes, We should click on the Inward option. 

The Inward by Invoice Number module in Autozilla POS is a powerful tool that can help businesses manage their incoming inventory more efficiently.
