How To Take Inward By Using PO Number In Autozilla POS?
Autozilla POS's Direct Inwards module provides an extensive array of features designed to simplify and streamline the management of incoming inventory. Here is an overview of the process for operating the Inwards module:

1. Click on  the option on the bottom panel, after which will be directed to the following page.
   

We must be noticing a few sections here as follows :

1. Direct inward.

2. Inward by PO No.

3. Inward By Part No.

4. Inward by invoice.
   

      

Inward By PO Number

Step 1:  If we click on the Inward By PO Number option, we will be directed to the following page.

Step 2: In this screen, select the PO number from the Select PO No drop-down list. Here we can search the PO Number. 

                                                                                                                                    

1. After selecting the PO number, The vendor name will be displayed automatically.
   

Step 3: Then we should select the location where we want to save the parts.

1. Enter freight charges, if any.
   
2. Enter the vendor invoice number.
   
3. And select the invoice Date and Due date.
   

Step 4: After entering the PO number, The total parts will automatically appear. 

Step 5: After filling in all the details, We should click all the check boxes which we want to inward to the POS.

1. We can see the price details below in the parts details table. And it will change by selecting check boxes.
   
2. Now, we can see  options besides the inward option. 
   

Let’s check what those are.

1. Inventory - When the inventory checkbox is selected, the inventory items will be visible in the POS search. Conversely, if the checkbox is not specified, the inventory list will not be displayed in the POS system. This feature allows for flexible control over which items are included in the search results, enhancing customization and efficiency in the POS experience.
   
2. Price Engine - Enabling the price engine checkbox will result in the part price being displayed on the POS system. On the other hand, if the checkbox is not activated, the part price will not be visible in the POS interface. This feature allows for customization and control over whether or not the part prices are shown, providing flexibility based on business preferences and requirements.
   

Step 6: After completing the process, We should click on the Inward option.

Autozilla POS's Direct Inwards by PO number module is an indispensable tool for streamlining inventory management. Its user-friendly interface and extensive features make it effortless for businesses of any size to track incoming inventory efficiently.
