If you want to create Parts using Loader in POS, this is for you.
The Loader in POS is a convenient tool for efficiently adding numerous parts to our inventory. It enables you to upload a CSV file that includes essential details like name, number, brand, make, model, and price for the parts we wish to add.
Step 1: Upon selecting the "Part Master Loaders" option from the drop-down list, the subsequent page will be displayed.
Step 2: On the Loader screen, download the Part Master Loader excel format.
Step 3: Enter all required data into the excel sheet.
Step 4: After entering the data into the excel sheet, browse for the file and upload it, then select the Upload to Grid option.
Step 5: So, after choosing the Upload To Grid option, all data will be displayed below the loader upload box.
- On the Loaders screen, we can modify or delete any of the uploaded items using the available options located at the top, namely "Edit" and "Delete".
- Now click the delete option to remove the selected group from the uploaded data.
Step 6: To save the uploaded data into the POS system, simply click on the "Save" option located in the upper right corner.
Step 7: The groups have been successfully created in the POS and can now be viewed within the POS settings module.
Overall, using the Loader in POS to create parts is a quick and efficient way to add new inventory items to our store. It saves time and effort compared to manually adding each part, especially if you have a large number of items to add.
