How to Track your sales reports in POS?  
Autozilla POS offers robust tools for tracking and analyzing sales data, empowering businesses to make informed decisions. These reports assist in adjusting pricing, managing inventory, and targeting specific customer demographics, ultimately enhancing business performance.
  1. Click On the Icon at the Bottom Panel, and we will be Directed to the Following Page.


Let’s see each of the Reports.

Sale Summary Dashboard -  
  1. The current month's order count is visible for tracking purposes.
  2. The total value of sales for the current month is visible for quick reference.
  3. The value of receipts generated in the current month is visible for easy tracking
  4. The Y-axis displays sales in Lakhs, while the X-axis represents sales data categorized by month.
  1. The Y-axis of the graph represents the number of orders (in hundreds), while the X-axis corresponds to sales data organized by month.

  1. By hovering the mouse over the Sales summary graph within this Dashboard, the Monthly sales Value is automatically displayed for convenient reference.


Sale Summary Report - The customer sales history is visible below, providing a detailed record of sales transactions with each customer.
  1. Under the Sale summary dashboard Report, we have the  Sale Summary Report. If we click on the Sale Summary report, we will get the full Sale summary report on the page.


  1. Here, we can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges
  2. Also, see the report by choosing the Customer from the drop-down.
  3. We can also see the report by choosing the salesperson’s name from the Dropdown.
  4. We can also download the report in an excel format.
Sale register report - The sales history can be viewed both by customer and by product, offering insights into the sales performance with specific customers and products.
  1. Under the Sale Summary Report, we have the  Sale Register Report. If we click on the Sale Summary report, we will get the full Sale summary report on the page.

  1. Here, we can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
  2. Also,we see the report by choosing the Customer from the drop-down.
  3. Also, we can see the report by entering and selecting the Part number from the drop-down.
  4. we can also see the report by choosing the Brand from the drop-down
  5. We can also download the report in an excel format.
Proforma - In this report, we can find a comprehensive list of all the estimations, which are also referred to as proforma's.
  1. Within the Sale Register Report, accessing the Proforma Report option leads to a comprehensive view of the full Proforma report on a dedicated page.

  1. Here, we can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
  2. Also, we see the report by choosing the Customer from the drop-down.
  3. we can also see the report by choosing the Brand from the drop-down
  4. And we can also see the report by choosing status from the drop-down
  5. We can also download the report in excel format.
Sale Invoice Continues Printing - By using this Report option, we can download the invoices by selecting the date range.  
  1. Within the Proforma Report, selecting the Sale Invoice Continues Printing report option allows for downloading all the sale invoices in their entirety.

  1. Here, we can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
  2. After giving the dates, we should click on the   Option.
  3. Now, we select dates, and the invoices are downloaded in a PDF format.
    Sale GST Report - This report can be used for complete details of GST-related information of our sale.
    1. If we click on the Sale GST Report option. GST-related reports are displayed on the open page.

    1. Here, we can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
    2. Also, we can see the report by choosing the Customer name from the drop-down list.
    3. We can also download the report in excel format.
    Sale Gift Report - The report displays the customers who have met the minimum order value and are eligible for receiving gifts as per the criteria.
    1. If we click on the Sale Gift Report option, we will see the page below.

    1. Here, we can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
    2. Also, we can see the report by choosing the Customer name from the drop-down list.
    SO From Customer - Here, we can see the total Sale Order from Customer reports.

    So from Customer Detail - Here, we can see the Sale Order from the Customer report and the details.
    1. If we select the SO From Customer Detail report below page will display.

    2. Also, we can see the report by choosing the Customer name from the drop-down list.
    3. We can also download the report in excel format.
    GSTR1 - The Sales GSTR-1 Report is particularly beneficial for auditors and those involved in GST filing. It provides comprehensive information on sales taxable values, GST percentages, and HSN code details.
    1. If we select the  GSTR1  report below page will display.

    1. Here, we can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges and more options.
    2. We can also download the report in excel format.
    Credit Memo - When processing customer refunds, it is necessary to generate a Credit Memo. This report presents a comprehensive list of all Credit Memos issued to customers.
    1. If we select the  Credit Memo report, the below page will display.

    E-Invoice status - Within Autozilla POS, users can access a report showcasing the status and details of generated e-invoices.

    B2B & B2C returns - Autozilla POS offers GST return reports for transactions involving both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) interactions.
    1. Upon choosing the B2B and B2C return reports, the following page will be presented.

    1. Autozilla POS provides a unified report that enables users to conveniently access B2B, B2C, and credit note reports all within a single comprehensive report.
    2. Furthermore, users have the choice to download a solitary Excel file encompassing all the reports.
