Settings Of POS

Are you looking to customize the settings of your Autozilla POS?

Autozilla POS provides a wide range of customizable features and settings to cater to your specific business requirements. With POS Settings, you can conveniently configure your system according to your needs. You can add new locations, create groups and sale regions, track relationships, add brands, set up and save payment methods including banks, access account details and controls, establish SMS gateways, generate invoices, assign roles and hierarchies, create APIs, manage logistics partners, enable or disable notification preferences, and much more.
  1. Click On the Icon at the  Bottom most Panel of The POS Page. Then we will be Directed to the Following Page.


After that, we will be redirected to the subsequent page.

Location - To accurately track and manage stock across multiple locations, it is essential to assign names to each location. This setting enables us to create or modify location names, ensuring precise identification of where our required parts are held.
  1. If we select the Location option in POS settings, the Following page will display.
  1. Location Code - Here, we can give the Location name.
  2. Location Type - Here, we can select the Location type from the Drop-Down list.

  1. Address Type - Here, we can give the Address type from the Drop-Down list.


  1. Address - Here, we can give the Complete address.
  2. Pin code - Here, we can give our address’s Pin code.
  3. Country - Here, we can select our Country from the Drop-Down list.
 
  1. State:- Here, we can select the State Names from The Drop-Down list.
  
  1. City:- Here, we can select our ity from the Drop-Down list.

 

Groups - If we Create a Group In POS Settings, we can Easily Give Discounts, justify Prices and Taxes, and assign a group. 
  1. If we select the Group option In POS settings, the following page will display.


  1. Group Name - Here, we Can give The Name Of The Group Name.
  2. Type - Here, we can select The group type.
                                                    
  3. HSN Code - If we Created a Group With GST Type, we must Give The HSN code.
  4. Tax % - If we Create The Group With GST Type, we Should Give The Tax Percentage.
  5. Group Description - Here, we Should Give The Group Description.
  1. After Giving The Required Information For The Group, Please Click On The Save Option.
Sales Regions - If our business has multiple branches, we can provide the details or information about each branch here.
  1. If we select the Sales Regions option In POS Settings, the Following page will display.

                  
  1. Region Name: Here, we should give the Region Name.
  2. Region Code: Here, we can give a code for our Region.
  3. Region Country: Select the Region Country from the drop-down.
  4. State - We can select the State from the drop-down.
  5. City - Here, we can Select the City from the drop-down.
  6. Pin Code - Here, we can give the Pin Code.
Relationships - Here, we can see all the customer and Vendor Details on-boarded on our POS.
  1. If we select the Relationships option in POS Settings, the Following Page will display.

                        
  1. Relationship Type - Here, it shows the Customer types, Sales and Purchases.
  2. Party Type - Here, it shows the Party type (Distributor, Retailer, Workshop, etc.)
  3. Party Name - Here, It shows the part name or customer name.
  4. Relationships - Here, It shows the relationship between us and the customer.
  5. Effective date - It shows when we add the customer to POS.
  1. We also search for a single customer’s details using Search By Party Name.
Brands - Here, we can see all the brands saved in the POS; we can create a new brand using this option.
  1. If we select the Brands option in POS settings, the Following page will display.


  1. Brand Name - Here, we can see the brands names which we have saved in the POS.
  2. Brands Description - We can see the brand’s description here.
  3. Partner Brand - Here we can see the Partner brand name for the Brand.
Let’s see how to save a new brand for our POS
  1. If we want to save a new brand in our POS, select the brand’s name from the drop-down list.
                      
  1. And also create a new brand not present in the drop-down list.
  2. For that, we should enter the new brand name. We should click on the add brand option if the brand name is not in the drop-down list.
                  
  1. So after clicking the add brand option below pop-up will display on top of the screen.


  1. Here, we should give the Brand Name, Brand Description, and Partner Brand.
  2. After providing all the required data of a brand, we should click on the save changes Option.
  3. Now, the required brands will be saved on our POS brands data.
Users - Here, we can see all our Created users. And we can create a user by using the following process.
  1.  If we select the Users Option In POS Settings, the Following Page will display.

  1. Here, we can Create the Accounts Officer, Warehouse Operator, Sales Person, and Administrator.
  1. Name - Here, we can give the name of our user.
  2. Email - Here, we should give the email id of our user.
  3. Phone - We should give our user’s phone number.
  4. Role - Here, we should give the Role from the drop-down list.
                                                                                                                                            

  1. Designation - Here, we should select the Designation from the drop-down.


  1. Location - We should select the Locations from the drop-down list. we can edit the location whenever we want.                                                                                                                               


  1. Billing Address - In this section, users have the ability to assign billing addresses, which are then displayed on the sales invoices for visibility and reference.

  1. Status - We can activate or de-active a user by using this option.

Banks/UPI/Others - Customers have multiple ways to proceed with the transaction, such as NEFT, UPI or Credit cards. Using any of these options, the transactions can be successfully initiated.
  1. If we select the Banks/UPI/Others option in POS settings, the following page will display.


  1. Type - We can select the Transaction type from the drop-down.


  1. Name - Here we can enter the bank name.
  2. IFSC Code - Here, give the IFSC code of our bank.
  3. Account number/Code - We should give the Account name or Code.
  4. Effective date - Here, we can select the Date effective date.
  5. Default - Here we can select the Default payment methods.
Details - Here, we can see our POS account details.
  1. If we select the Details option In POS Settings, the Following page will display.


  1. Account Name - Here, we can see our account name.
  2. TIN - Here, we can see our given TIN.
  3. CIN - Here, we can give our CIN number.
  4. Website URL - Here, we can give our website URL.
  5. Account Description - Here, we can give our account description.
  6. Vendor code - Here, we can see vendor code, which automatically exists by Autozilla.
  7. Vehicle Types - Here, we can select the Vehicle type. 
  8. Email Enable - If we enable this option, we will receive order and invoice emails to our registered email address.
  9. SMS Enable - If we enable this option, we will receive SMS notifications of orders and invoices.                                                                             
  10. Cart Editable - If we enable this option, we can change the details we want to edit in our cart. we cannot change the cart details if we do not allow this option.
  11. GST Percent Split - If we enable this option, the GST will appear in a separate split in the invoice print bill. The invoice print bill will only show GST if we enable this option.
  12. Discount Amount Type - If we enable this option, the discount section will appear in the invoice.
  13. Sale vs Purchase Restriction - When we enables this option, we cannot process partial inward sales.
  14. Basket to Cart Update - If we enable this option, we can change the updated MRP in basket items that were saved with the old price.
  15. Allow Negative Inventory - If we want our Negative inventory to show in our POS, we should turn the Option on. 
  16. Credit Control - If we enable this option, a pop-up will appear if we attempt to create a new order after a customer has exceeded their credit limit.
  17. Sale Restriction - If this option is enabled, a new invoice will not be generated for customers who exceed their credit limit.     
  18. Rack No - When we enable this option, the Rack details are displayed on all inwards screens.
  19. OTP for Downloads - When we enable this option and download the reports into Excel, the administrator will receive an OTP for accessing them.
  20. POS Related Products - When we enable this option, the we cannot access details of other parts that have not been mapped by themselves.
  21. Cart Discount Restriction - When this option is enabled, we cannot edit the discount percentage for cart items that already have a pricing profile applied.      
                                                             
  22. And we can also change these options whenever we want.
Invoice -
  1. If we select the Invoice option In POS Settings, the following page will display.

  1. Invoice Type - We can choose from the invoice types provided by Autozilla.
  2. Invoice Code -Displays the Invoice code, which is reflected in the invoice number.
  3. Shipment Type - The shipment type is shown here.
  4. Brand Display - When we enable this option, we can see the brand details in the invoice print bill. 
  5. Invoice Rounding Off - If we enable this option, we can round off the amounts in the invoice; otherwise, the amounts will not be rounded off.
  6. Logos - Promotional brand logos will appear in invoice print bills if we select this option.
  7. Discounts - If we allow this option, the discounts section will be displayed in detail on the print bill screen.
  1. After changing our requirements, We should click on the Update option.
Roles - By using this option, we can give access to our Users.
  1. If we select the Roles option In POS Settings, the Following Page Will Display.

  1. Here, we should select our User for giving access.
                                                                                                             
  1. Now, we can select any users from the drop-down list. 
  2. If we select the Administrator, the Below setting will be displayed.
     
  1. If we select the Warehouse, the Below setting will display.
        

  1. If we select the Warehouse Operator, the Below setting will display.
     

  1. If we select the Account Officer, the setting below will be displayed.

  1. If we select the Sales Person, the Below setting will display.

  1. After changing or giving new settings access to the user, we should click on the Update Option.
Logistics - We can add a new logistic by using this option.
  1. If we select the Logistics option In POS Settings, the following page will display.


  1. Here, we can select the required Logistics provider name from the drop-down. If our Logistics provider's name is not there in the Drop-down, we can add by clicking "Add Logistic" option.

  1. So after selecting the logistic name from the drop-down, we should click the Save option.
Notifications - By using this Option, we can enable reports that can be received via Email, SMS and WhatsApp notifications. 
  1. If we select the Notifications option In POS Settings, the following page will display.

  1. After enabling any notification option, we should click on the Save Option.
Nationalization - By using this option, we can provide language and currency options.
  1. If we select the Nationalization option In POS Settings, the Following Page Will Display.

  1. After giving the data, we should click on the Update option.
