How to Track your Stock reports in POS?  
The stock summary report provides a comprehensive overview of current stock levels and their corresponding value. On the other hand, the stock transaction report captures a detailed record of all transactions associated with a specific stock item, including sales, purchases, returns, and adjustments. These reports offer valuable insights into stock movement and help businesses track inventory activity, facilitating effective inventory management and informed decision-making.
  1. Click On the icon at the Bottom panel, and the sales summary Dashboard will open; now, if we select the Stock option, we can see some more sub-reports on the Reports page.
Let us see each of the Reports.

Stock List By age - This Report primarily gives we information of the Stock by its age. we can also see the Part name, number, Brand, Location and Rack details.
  1. If we click on the Stock list by Age option, we will be directed to the following page.

  1. We can see this report by selecting the Product from the Drop-down list.
  2. And also we can see this report by selecting the Location from the Drop-down list
  3. We can See by selecting sort age from the Drop-down list.
  4. We can download this report in an Excel format.
Stock Valuation - This report mainly gives us the Valuation of the stock.  
  1. If we click on the Stock Valuation option, we will be directed to the following page.

  1. We can see this report by selecting the Product from the Drop-down list.
  2. And also can see this by selecting the Brand name from the Drop-down list.
  3. We can download this report in an excel format.
Stock Valuation Location - This report mainly gives information on the stock’s valuation across various locations. This report helps us to identify all the stock across multiple locations.
  1. If we click on the Stock Valuation Location option, we will be directed to the following page.
      
  1. We can see this report by selecting the Product from the Drop-down list.
  2. And see this report by selecting the Location from the Drop-down list.
  3. Also, we can download this report in an excel format.
Stock Transfer - This report mainly gives we information on the Transfer of our stock across locations . This report will help identify all the stock across multiple locations.
  1. If we click on the Stock Transfer option, we will be directed to the following page.

  1. We can generate reports by selecting custom date ranges.
  2. And we can see this report by selecting the Transferred number from the Drop-down list.
  3. We can download this report in an excel format.
Vendor Parts - This report mainly gives us information on the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)  and Re Order Level(ROL) Status for our Stock. 
  1. If we click on the Vendor parts option, we will be directed to the following page.

  1. We can see this report by selecting all Purchased stock from the Drop-down list.
  2. And we can see this report by selecting the Product from the Drop-down list.
  3. Also, we can download this report in an excel format.
