How To Track Your Sale Returns In Autozilla POS?
Autozilla POS offers a Returns Management feature that empowers businesses with a seamless and effective approach to handling returns. This feature simplifies the process of tracking returned items, issuing refunds or credits, and making necessary adjustments to inventory levels.
Click on the Icon, and the Following page will be displayed.

Sale Returns
Purchase returns
Sales Return -This section facilitates tracking of returned items from customers, presenting the relevant information in a tabular format. Each return is displayed with comprehensive details in the table, allowing for easy monitoring and reference.
Invoice Number - The Invoice number against which we have received the return.
Invoice date - The Date on that particular invoice.
Customer - The Name of the customer who has returned.
Part No - The Number associated with that part returned.
Part Name - The Name of the part which is returned.
Brand - Displays the Brand to which the part belongs.
Status - Displays if the Returned parts are accepted or Not.
Rejected reason - Displays the Reason for the return of that part.
Unit price - Displays the Price of a single piece.
Returned Quantity - The Number of parts returned is shown.
Returned Date - The Date on which the Part was returned is shown.
Shipment - The Means through which the Parts are returned is shown.
Approved Date - The Date on which the Return was approved is shown.
Autozilla POS's Returns Module simplifies return management by providing a user-friendly interface and efficient features. It allows easy tracking, processing, and handling of returns, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing overall business operations.
