Tracking stock Movement

How to track your stock movements? 

Autozilla POS provides real-time inventory visibility for informed decision-making on restocking, reordering, and promotions. It simplifies stock level management, tracks inventory across multiple locations, and offers insights into stock movements.
  1. Click on the option from the bottom panel, after which we will be directed to the following Page.


Ywe must be noticing a few sections here as follows :
1. History
2. Transfer
3. Transfer History

Let us Look into each of them.

History - This section opens as soon we click on the History option. Here we can view the history of all the parts.
  1. Here, we can see the search bar on the top right corner of the page.

           
  1. Here, Please provide the part number for which we would like to view the complete history.
  2. After entering the part number, the part number should be displayed in the drop-down list.
  3. After selecting the part number from the drop-down, the complete history of the part details should be displayed on the page.

  1. Here, ywe can see the part history like Sales, Purchases, Returns, Damage, Adjustments, etc., along with the date.
  2. If we want to see the part history by categories, we should select the category from the left side of the search bar. This option can help us filter the results.


Transfer - This section facilitates the seamless transfer of parts from one location to another. The process involves a user-friendly interface where we can easily drag and drop the parts, simplifying the transfer process. Let's explore how this functionality operates within the POS system.
  1. If we click on the Transfer Option, the following page will be displayed.

  1. The page is divided into two distinct sections: "Selected from location" and "Selected to location." Within these sections, we will find drop-down menus displaying various options for selecting the desired locations.
  2. Now we should select our location from Select from Location. 
  3. Whatever our selected location is, the total parts will be shown in the Select from Location section.
  4. Now, we can search for a part in the search bar. Searched part will be displayed in the Select from Location section.
  5. Now we can drag that part into Select to Location. After transferring the parts to Select to Location, we must click on the Save option.
  6. This is the way to transfer the stock from one location to another location.
Transfer History Here, we can see all our Stock transfer history on one page. Here we can see the Transfer history by filtering. Let’s see how it is done in the POS.
  1.  If we click on the Transfer History Option, the Following page will be displayed.

  1. Here, we can find the Filter options on the Right top corner of the page.

  1. If we select the Select from location filter, the stock transferred from the location, and the entire history will be displayed on the page.
  2. And also, if we select the Select to location filter, the stock is transferred to the location, and that entire history will be displayed on the page.
  3. If we select both the Select from Location and Select to location Filters, the stock transferred between both locations is displayed on the page. 
With real-time updates and detailed records of every action and transaction, businesses can efficiently manage their inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. The system's user-friendly interface and customizable features make it easy to tailor inventory tracking to the specific needs of any business.
