Adding a New Vendor in Autozilla POS
Adding a new vendor to our Autozilla POS account is designed to be a hassle-free and user-friendly process. Autozilla has taken steps to simplify and streamline this procedure, prioritizing convenience for its users.
Sequence: Add Vendor icon > search if existing > “Add Vendor” > Fill details > “Add Vendor” > successful.
Step 1: Click on the “vendor icon”
text in the first search bar of the application.
Step 2: A pop-up window will appear, providing you with the option to search for vendors using their Vendor Name, GSTIN, or Mobile Number. This search functionality allows you to easily find and locate the desired vendor within the Autozilla POS system.
- In case the searched vendor is not found in the database, a pop-up will appear displaying the following message.
Step 3: Click on "Add vendor" and fill in the details in the following pop-up.
- If you have previously created a group, you can choose to include the vendor in an existing group. This functionality allows you to add the vendor to a pre-established group for better organization and management.
Step 4: After filling in the necessary details, click on the "Add Vendor" icon, and a message will be displayed as follows:
By following a quick and straightforward process, we can easily search for a vendor, enter their details, and confirm their addition. This convenient feature greatly simplifies the management of our vendor relationships, which is crucial for the smooth operation of our business.
