A Sneak Peek into Autozilla POS!

Welcome to Autozilla POS! We understand that familiarizing ourself with new software can feel overwhelming. Don't worry, we're here to help. In this guide, we'll provide a comprehensive overview of the features and icons on the screen, empowering you to efficiently manage your store



Feeling overwhelmed by the elements on our screen? No need to worry; we'll guide you through every aspect step by step.

Ready?
  1. The initial Search Bar enables us to retrieve customer information by searching their name, phone number, or GSTIN number.

  1. The secondary Search Bar enables us to search for the desired parts by their name, or number, or through natural language inputs such as name, number, make model, or brand.

     Let’s click on this Icon, and we will see a popup.
  1. The  icon / Create Part Icon allows us to add new parts to our inventory.               



Fill in all of the product’s details and click add Product.
  1. The  Icon / Add Vendor allows us to add a new vendor to the system.
  2. The  Icon / Add Vehicle allows us to enter vehicle information of a part for insurance purposes. 
  1. Brand allows us to select a brand by its name, such as “Bosch”, “Hella”, “Elofic”, or “Minda”, among others.
  1. Make allows us to select between vehicle manufacturers such as “Tata”, “ Mahindra”, “Hyundai” or ”Honda” and so on.
  1. Summary Tab is located on the right-hand side of the screen and displays all items added to our cart and the total price in the right corner of the screen.


  1. Payment Mode allows us to select various payment methods such as cash, credit, e-wallet, and card.
  1. Add to Basket will place the selected items in our Basket under the buyer’s name.
  1. icon for us to upload the related files to that particular invoice.
  2. The  Icon Pending Dispatches, located directly above the summary bar, inform us of pending shipments to our customers. Never miss a delivery with this.
  3. The Icon Basket List, located directly next to the icon, will contain information on all the placed baskets. Never miss a lead with this.
  4. The Icon Notifications Icon, if there are any notifications, an icon will appear next to the Basket icon.

  1. The Menu Bar - This section encompasses all the options necessary for conducting daily operations within our store, including orders, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, returns, and other relevant functionalities.
            

  1. The Side Menu Bar - Contains additional options such as Inventory, Price Rules, and Loaders, which we will go through in future modules.
