Generating A Sale invoice

How to generate a Sale invoice in Autozilla POS? Hey !! Want to explore the available spare parts and create an Invoice? Autozilla makes this process convenient for. Here is how.

Sequence - Select buyer > “Get order” > Select items  > Add to summary > Payment mode > Select payment Type > Print bill


Step 1 - Search and select the buyer in the search bar of the POS page.





Step 2 - If the Customer already exists in the database, then Customer information will be displayed below. Then, click on the Get Order button to begin placing a new order.





Step 3 - In the Second search bar, search the part details; the following drop-down will be displayed from which you can select the needed part.



Step 4 - Specify the location, Rack No. And type, along with the quantity needed. Then Click on the “Add” button to add them to your Cart.

Step 5 - Soon, all the added items can be seen in the summary space on the right side of the page.



  1. Here, we can see the detailed part view By clicking option.
  2. You can provide proforma invoices and Pick-slip prints by using this .
  3. If you enable this option, you can give a Non-GST invoice.
  4. Here, we can upload the related files to the Invoice.
Step 6 - Click on the Payment Mode option, and you will be directed to the following page. Fill in details here.


  1. Now, we can select the payment method here.
  2. Now click on the “Print Bill” option.
Step 7 - Finally, the bill is generated, as shown below. We can Print it by clicking on “Print “.
